Preschool Graduation

We have had a lot of fun with preschool this year. Magen has really enjoyed all the activities, learning and of course the social time with the other girls. We planned a graduation with the girls and some of their family members and a few friends. It was short but really fun and they were very cute. They even had graduation gowns and caps. They sang four songs and recited five poems it only took about seven minutes. Then we handed out diplomas to our three honorary (sisters of the preschoolers) graduates and then to the graduates. They handed out presents and had treats. They couldn't stop smiling except Magen in the beginning when her eye was driving her crazy. I didn't even let her play outside and it was still bad. You can see in the pictures that her eye is swollen and red. By the end it wasn't bugging her too bad though. She is going to miss going to preschool but is extremely excited about going to kindergarten at the same school as the boys.

Here is Magen now getting her diplomas. We gave them two diplomas; one for them to carry around and one for the scrapbook. The one mounted is the one that we gave them to go in their books.

Grandma and Grandpa Mangum and Grandpa Charlie came to see Magen graduate. She was excited for them to all be there.
