Started Friday Morning with Breakfast with Coombs' for my Mom's B-Day. Lots of fun and yummy food.
We then stopped at the Dinosaur Museum in Price at CEU. It was lots of fun. These rocks were so COOL!!!
Next we were off to Dead Horse Point. Really cool place a natural corral that horses died in because they wandered off away from water. Boy would they have needed it it was hot.
Then on to Arches. We had so much fun hiking trail after trail all weekend. We loved being away from phones, computers, ipods etc. We enjoyed the time with just family. This arch is one of the biggest it is Landscape Arch.
Pine tree Arch
Deer along the trail- who later the next night came through our camp ground to eat the bushes. We also had a coyote come through chasing a rabbit. What great memories.
Saturday Morning we went to Delicate Arch. Oh what a hike. My head was dying let alone some of the heights to deal with. The kids did AWESOME all weekend not one complaint and Lacey even did all the hiking herself. This was well worth the effort and very, very glad that we did it.
Rick, James, and Lacey under the Arch. It is 89 feet tall.
Petrogliphs (Sp) at the bottom. It was fun to read about them and the little cabin nearby.
Sitting in the shade of the van to keep cool in the early afternoon. Here is our campsite. Great but not a lot of shade anywhere.

How fun! This is a trip that we want to do. I have never been. Maybe next year ;-)
Those are some excellent pictures. Love the one of James and Caden in the wall. It makes me want to go back to Arches...but not camp out.
Looks like fun, I wish we could have gone with you guys
