We had a very fun Halloween. The boys really like their cloaks that a friend and I made. Caden was a wizard and James was a ranger from Rangers Apprintice. Magen was a flower fairy princess and Lacey was Snow White of course. The day before I was suppose to go help at the school with two parties and see the parade but Lacey woke up and was throwing up so we ended up staying home all day. We are pretty sure it was from her flu shot that we got two days before that. She did fine the rest of the weekend. We had fun trick or treating and seeing all the grandma's and grandpa's. This past Monday for family home evening we read a story out the friend called the gratitiude list. Then we gave them each a paper and magazines and different things with pictures to make their own gratitiude list. It was a very good thing for them to realize all that they really have. We then had ice cream which of course they loved also. I just loved the picture of the girls smelling the flowers we bought some because they were on sale and Magen is always asking to buy roses. The bottom picture is a picture of a Lego Hoover Dam that James made to send in to the Lego Magazine. The boys still really love to build with Legos and the girls are even starting to get into it now.

What a great idea. I'll have to try it out with the boys and see how it goes. Love the costumes.
