Lacey had her fourth birthday. She got some barbies and a car. She was so excited. We celebrated several days like always. Her friend party was a pet shop party. They had a great time. She is getting so big!
We did a lot of swimming this year. Magen learned how to swim really well and goes all over the pool now. It was a great time to spend with the cousins and a great way to stay cool. Also fun to see grandpa and grandma each week.
Here is a close-up if Magen. She took several pictures of different things around the house. It was funny to see her perspective of the house from her size. She now wants a camera of her own. I love this close-up though.
Caden had pack meeting and earned his Weblos badge, several pins and belt loops. He should receive his arrow of light next month. He loves scouts!!
We went on a ten mile hike last week. We walked to Bridal Veil and back. We had a great time. We took snacks and lunch and just took our time. The first picture of the wheel Magen took. The one of Caden's foot Lacey took The kids really enjoyed the river and time outside. It was so beautiful and a fun time. We are working to help James get closer to his hiking merit badge. 
We went to our ward campout on Friday. It was nice to see so many stars and several shooting stars. Other than Lacey crying at 2:00 am and then sleeping with me in my sleeping bag it was a great time. The kids had fun playing with all their friends and they even made some new ones.
